Due to the freshness of our caviar we recommend sampling the eggs in their purest form without any extras for the ultimate experience. Caviar should be served and stored chilled between -3 and 3 degrees Celsius; the coolness refines the flavours and heightens the taste. Silver utensils should not be used for serving as they oxidise the produce and greatly alter the taste, a mother of pearl spoon is recommended. To truly appreciate the unadulterated taste of caviar, place a spoon of eggs on the back of your hand, this allows one to truly savour the subtle nuance of egg flavour and textures.

A simple yet elegant way is to sample our caviar is to place a small amount on a lightly toasted blini with sour cream and finely chopped chives. Perhaps experiment with more flavors by adding some grated boiled egg, finely chopped onion or a drop of fresh lemon juice to taste.
