A medium to large size egg with a deep black/grey shimmer and a golden flicker. No preservatives and minimal salt quantities ensure one tastes the original Malossol caviar's sublime, nutty flavour entwined with the earthy tone of the caviars rich, creamy texture.

This incredibly rare caviar is only taken from our most mature Sturgeon of around 20 years old allowing the spawning process to develop. This undiscovered egg has a taste akin to that of its more well-known sister Beluga but also has an extraordinarily large grain and an illustrious grey translucency making it an undiscovered secret of the caviar world.
